This article is about the diets that people in Argentina tend to have. For example, it states that they eat a lot of beef. Although, in Buenos Aires, even though they are located right next to water, they don't usually tend to eat a lot of seafood. They do eat a lot of spicy food, but it is not traditional to them, but has mostly diffused from other countries neer them. Also, they look at soup like it is not a food, but that is actually used as a punishment for children that were being naughty.
My thoughts on this article is that I think it is very interesting that they use soup like people in USA use soap to punish kids. Also, I was confused at the fact that people wouldn't have very much fresh fish even though they have an ocean right next to them. They acctually ship fish in from other places, when they could just put out boats to catch the fish for less that what it would cost to buy and ship it.
This relates to the culture of the country because it shows what people eat, and it would show what their ancestors would do and eat. This is important to culture because it shows how people live, what people do, if there is a lot of fishermen, or farmers working there.
